Welcome to River City RV Resort, an oasis for RV enthusiasts of all ages. Our resort is home to 19 residents and offers spacious back-in spaces equipped with full water and septic hookups, trash services, and 50 amp power pedestals featuring 50, 30, and two 110 plug-ins. Perfect for long-term stays, our oversized lots provide ample space for even the largest rigs.
Located on Merlin Road and backing up to Louse Creek, River City RV Resort provides responsible seasonal creek access through a community space at the rear of the property. Enjoy the convenience of paved access and gentle grades, ensuring easy turnarounds for large vehicles.
We welcome up to two small pets per residence, with a pet waste station available in the fenced community space on the west side of the resort. Additionally, residents can take advantage of our irrigated community garden spaces.

- ∗ Space 2: $600 per month
- $300 security deposit
- Tenants pay for power (meter read by Property Management and bill posted for tenant)
- Trash included
- No outside storage at this time
- Creek access gated and access allowed at own risk
- 2 pet limit per tenant (no more than 40 lbs. per pet)
- Fenced area in your space is allowed
- Dog area for exercise and/or pet bathroom use
